Equipped with two 250 mm grinding/polishing disks, allowing coarse grinding and fine polishing to be performed simultaneously, enhancing throughput and uniformity.
# Fully Automatic Pressure and Polishing Scheduling
Features an automatic pressure system with memory function capable of storing up to 9 polishing programs. Supports multi-parameter control of pressure, rotation speed, and timing to standardize procedures.
# Pneumatic Pressure System
Adjustable pressure range from 0.3 to 4 kg, allowing fine-tuned control based on sample material and treatment requirements. One-touch pressure activation ensures easy operation.
# Ergonomic and Safety-Oriented Design
Includes a concealed pneumatic lifting rod for effortless head lifting, a clearly marked pressure gauge, and a natural gravity-based drainage system for easy maintenance.
