iSDP series is DONGHO new generation of direct press servo ultrasonic metal welder, with ultrasonic system technology synchronised with Europe and USA. The stacked energy introduction method increases the vibration energy transmission, and the high frequency (20KHz) amplitude and pressure cause two larger workpieces to rub against each other generating heat to quickly fuse together.The iSDP series can be set up with a variety of parameters to program the welding process according to your product's needs. 100 % servo motor control, quality control using graphical analysis. Tighter standard deviations and process capability, ensure the best results for welding non-ferrous metals and alloys. The process is energy-efficient and suitable for welding thick sheets and large cross-sections of wire, etc.
