SERVO ULTRASONIC ROLLING WELDING MACHINE

The iRW series is a servo ultrasonic rolling welding machine developed by DONGHO, clean, precise and can generate ultrasonic wave continuously. Aluminium and copper foil welding can be carried out at a high speed of 22 metres per minute. The iRW actuator is controlled by a servo motor drive and the ultrasonic transducer and rotor rectifier are driven by a high steel tapered roller bearing ring for stable rotation in both directions,with a flat welding surface and low internal resistance, ensuring excellent heat transfer after welding. Continuous fusion of different non-ferrous materials with each other, low energy consumption and precise monitoring of welding data.
