Exhibitors have to remit the full booth payment before December 31, 2025 for the completion of the registration process, and join the booth selection afterwards.

  1. Standard Booth contains: 3 Partitions, 3 Spot lights, 1 unit 110V socket, 1 Carpet (9sqms), 1 fascia board, 1 Information Desk and 1 chair.
  2. Exhibitors could choose to rent raw space (searching contractors by yourself) or standard booth with basic furniture.
  3. Power Electricity, 24hrs electricity, water supply of water pipe, air compressor and forklift will be charged additionally.

Exhibit Regulations

The allocation order is determined as follows
  1. Exhibitors registering for more booths in 2026 have priority in booth selection.
  2. For exhibitors with the same number of booths, selection order is based on Priority Points:

    (1) Total booths booked in 2024, 2025, and 2026 combined.

    (2) Each booth booked for Intelligent Asia Thailand 2026 earns 1 extra point. Points are valid only for 2026 and do not carry over.

  3. If Priority Points are equal, priority goes to exhibitors with more booths in 2025.
  4. If all above are equal, priority is based on the date of 2026 application submission.
  5. If all conditions are still the same, booth order will be decided by on-site drawing or computer random selection.
  1. Exhibited products must match the listed items and theme, and stay within the rented booth area. Violations may result in removal by the organizer.
  2. Booth cannot be transferred or used by another company name (including sponsors). Violations will result in immediate booth repossession and disqualification of the unauthorized exhibitor. The original exhibitor will be banned from the organizer’s trade promotions in the country for two years.
  3. If the exhibition is postponed, shortened, extended, or cancelled due to force majeure—such as strikes, natural disasters, national emergencies, epidemics, earthquakes, typhoons, or floods—Exhibitors shall have no claim for compensation or refund, and the Organizer shall bear no further liability.
  4. Organizer may adjust booth layout as needed; exhibitors must comply.
  5. Other rules follow the general exhibition venue regulations.
  1. No refund for payments made if the down payment has been paid.
  2. Exhibitors canceling before booth selection are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booth rental fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations after booth selection. Payments will be applied toward exhibition promotional expenses.
