Product Introduction | TNM-32AX Fully Automatic Metallographic Hot Mounting Machine
The TNM-32AX is a fully automatic metallographic hot mounting machine developed by Taiwan Zhongze. It is specifically designed for the mounting stage in metallographic sample preparation. With integrated functions for automatic pressure application, heating, cooling, and demolding, along with one-touch touchscreen operation and a high-efficiency cooling system, it greatly enhances laboratory efficiency and process consistency. It is suitable for various types of samples including metallic materials, powder metallurgy, and electronic components, helping laboratories achieve standardized preparation procedures.

Performs pressure loading, heating, forced cooling, and sample demolding automatically. One-touch start function eliminates the need for continuous operator supervision.

Equipped with a color touchscreen and intuitive graphical interface, supporting multi-parameter settings and memory functions for easy switching between different materials.
