The KUPO SightLink Adjustable Mounting Arm Series attaches directly to 30 × 30 and 40 × 40 mm aluminum-extrusion frames, providing flexible support for cameras, lights, sensors, and other machine-vision equipment. With multiple arm lengths spanning approximately 8–40 cm, the family includes Knuckle, Vision Arm, and Omni configurations for different reach, adjustment, and installation-space requirements.
The series is particularly suited to machine-vision prototyping, proof of concept, and installation planning. Engineers can quickly and repeatedly adjust camera and light position, angle, working distance, and illumination direction, making it easier to identify the optimal arrangement without fabricating a new custom bracket for every change.
Once the preferred camera and lighting positions have been confirmed, the adjustable arms may remain in place or be replaced by a fixed mounting solution or the KUPO SightLink Rosette Mount System when greater rigidity and repeatable positioning are required.
