The KUPO SightLink E3040 Universal Aluminum-Extrusion Frame Clamp securely clamps onto either 30 × 30 mm or 40 × 40 mm aluminum extrusion and supports an outward-extending 20 × 20 mm extrusion arm. The extension arm creates a stable and flexible mounting position for a machine-vision camera, allowing the camera to be placed away from the main frame and closer to the required inspection area.
The clamp can be installed directly onto an existing machine frame without drilling into the extrusion or rebuilding the original structure. One clamp fits two commonly used extrusion sizes, simplifying product selection, installation, and inventory management. It is an efficient solution for adding, repositioning, or upgrading machine-vision cameras on automation equipment and existing production lines.
