Description
The KUPO SightLink Rosette Mount System is a modular solution for mounting machine-vision cameras, lights, and sensors onto 30 × 30 and 40 × 40 mm aluminum-extrusion frames. The base node attaches directly to the extrusion slot using T-nuts, allowing easy installation and repositioning along the frame.
Its interlocking rosette joints provide secure, indexed angle adjustment, helping reduce unwanted rotation and making it easier to return equipment to a previously selected angle after adjustment or maintenance.
Base nodes, 90° connectors, extension arms, camera plates, and light holders share a common interface, allowing users to configure, modify, or expand the system without rebuilding the entire mounting structure. The result is a clean, stable, and adaptable platform for inspection cells, automation equipment, prototype testing, and upgrades to existing factory frames.
