Description
Deep Groove Ball Bearings are the simplest in structure and the most widely used type of rolling bearings. Often regarded as the 'evergreen' of mechanical components, their enduring popularity stems from several core characteristics:

1. Simple Structure & High Durability
Streamlined Design: It consists primarily of an inner ring, an outer ring, a cage, and a complement of steel balls. Because of this uncomplicated, non-separable design, it requires virtually no tedious maintenance.

Highly Stable Operation: Under normal operating conditions, these bearings are exceptionally robust and durable, delivering outstanding service life.

2. Bidirectional Load Capacity
Radial & Axial Versatility: The raceway grooves are designed with an arc radius only slightly larger than that of the steel balls, creating a precise point contact. This enables the bearing to primarily support radial loads (forces perpendicular to the shaft) while also managing axial loads (forces parallel to the shaft) in both directions, or a combination of both.

3. Excellent High-Speed Performance
Low Friction & Low Noise: Due to its minimal frictional torque, the bearing generates very little heat during operation. This makes it ideal for precision machinery or electric motors that demand high rotational speeds, low noise, and minimal vibration.

4. Diverse Sealing Options & Cost-Efficiency
Varied Sealing Types: Depending on the working environment, options include open type (no shields), metal shields (ZZ), and rubber seals (2RS). These configurations effectively block foreign contaminants and retain grease.

High Cost-Performance: Benefit from mature production technologies and highly standardized specifications (such as the common 60, 62, and 63 series), production costs and market prices are relatively low, making them highly economical.

Main Applications:
From everyday appliances like fans, vacuum cleaners, cars, motorcycles, and electric motors, to industrial automation equipment and drive shafts—wherever rotation is required under moderate loads, deep groove ball bearings are the go-to solution.
