The CWS-300 Compact Winch is specifically designed for light-duty lifting and material handling applications, with a rated lifting capacity of 300 kg (661 lb). Featuring a compact and lightweight design, the unit is easy to install, transport, and deploy, making it ideal for factories, warehouses, maintenance operations, and other work environments where space is limited.

Powered by a single-phase 220V power supply, the CWS-300 can be operated without the need for special electrical infrastructure, significantly improving installation flexibility and operational convenience.

For enhanced safety, the CWS-300 is equipped with an over-winding prevention device that automatically disconnects power and stops operation when the wire rope reaches its upper travel limit, helping prevent hook collisions and equipment damage. An anti-reverse winding protection system is also incorporated to detect abnormal reverse winding conditions and automatically stop the winch, providing an additional layer of operational safety.

The winch is further protected by a dual braking system that combines an electromagnetic brake with a mechanical ratchet brake mechanism. In the event of a power failure, the system immediately engages to securely hold the load and prevent unintended load descent.

To simplify installation and maintenance, the control cable and power cable are designed separately. The lightweight, ergonomic push-button pendant control enables intuitive operation and improved working efficiency.
