The BMC-500 Brushless Motor Chain Hoist is specifically designed for precision lifting, material handling, logistics operations, and industrial automation applications. The hoist is powered by an advanced brushless motor combined with DC inverter control technology. Since the motor operates without carbon brushes, it generates neither carbon dust nor sparks during operation. This design significantly extends service life while providing low starting current, reduced power consumption, and exceptionally smooth operation, helping users lower energy costs and improve productivity.

The control system features a two-step dual-speed pendant control. The low-speed setting can be precisely adjusted via a rotary speed control knob, enabling accurate positioning and micro-feed control. An emergency stop button is also included to enhance operational safety. In addition, the hoist utilizes a dual braking system consisting of an electromagnetic motor brake and a dual-ratchet mechanical brake, ensuring reliable load-holding performance and maximum lifting safety.

The hoist body is constructed from high-strength aluminum alloy and is rated to IP55 protection standards, providing excellent resistance against dust and moisture ingress in demanding industrial environments. It comes standard with an industrial-grade power plug and can be directly connected to a single-phase 200–240V power supply, eliminating complex wiring requirements and enabling true plug-and-play installation.
