The PR V2.0 Series Paperless Recorders are designed for process monitoring, equipment management, and data traceability applications. Combining high-accuracy measurement, real-time monitoring, data logging, and industrial communications, the PR V2.0 Series helps manufacturers improve operational visibility while building a reliable foundation for digital process management.
The series includes PR10, PR20, and PR30, featuring 4.3-inch, 5.6-inch, and 12.1-inch TFT touchscreen displays with support for up to 6, 24, and 48 analog input channels, respectively. Flexible I/O options and external channel expansion allow each model to be configured for applications ranging from standalone machines to large-scale industrial systems.
When equipped with the AI306 High-Precision Analog Input Module, thermocouple measurement accuracy reaches ±0.6°C, meeting the requirements of AMS2750H for aerospace heat treatment applications. The system also supports RTDs and linear analog inputs, providing reliable measurement performance across a wide range of industrial processes.
The PR V2.0 Series supports Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP/IP communications for seamless integration with PLCs, SCADA systems, MES platforms, and other industrial automation systems. With the optional DAQ software, operators can monitor live process data remotely over the network, while the complimentary Historical Viewer software enables efficient review and analysis of recorded historical data.
Process data can be exported through SD cards, USB storage devices, or transferred directly over the network, simplifying long-term data management, process traceability, and production analysis.
