The SP10 Programmable Temperature Controller is designed for applications requiring multi-step temperature profiles. By automatically executing programmed heating, soaking, and cooling sequences, SP10 helps manufacturers improve process consistency while simplifying temperature control for a wide range of thermal applications.

Unlike conventional temperature controllers that maintain a single setpoint, SP10 supports profile control with up to 8 programmable profiles, each containing 16 programmable segments. Users can configure Ramp, Soak, and Jump functions to create flexible temperature profiles that meet the requirements of different manufacturing processes.

SP10 features three PID parameter sets and Auto-Tuning capability, allowing the controller to optimize performance for different equipment and operating conditions while delivering stable and accurate temperature regulation.

A high-brightness LCD display provides clear visualization of profile progress, process temperature, and operating status. Event inputs and retransmission outputs enable seamless integration with other control devices, providing greater flexibility for system automation.
