The MCT Multi-Loop Controller is designed for multi-loop control, profile control, and integrated process management. Combining process control, data logging, industrial communications, and HMI functionality into a single platform, MCT simplifies system architecture while improving operational efficiency and production reliability.

Unlike conventional single-loop controllers, MCT features a modular architecture that supports flexible expansion with PCM (Profile Control Module) and HLM (High Limit Module) options. It enables multi-loop control, profile programming, cascade control, and high-limit protection, allowing manufacturers to configure the system for a wide range of industrial processes.

The compact 1/4 DIN (96 × 96 mm) design accommodates multiple output options, including relay, SSR driver, and linear voltage/current outputs, providing the flexibility required for diverse control applications.

Beyond process control, MCT also functions as a built-in data logger, supporting Modbus, Ethernet communications, and VNC remote access for convenient monitoring, historical data review, and remote operation.

Its intuitive touchscreen interface, graphical user interface (GUI), and integrated HELP guidance significantly simplify configuration, reducing engineering time while improving overall user experience.
