Pressure stabilizing element for pneumatically controlled high-pressure liquid feeding system
The HFR-A280 pneumatic high-pressure liquid regulator is designed for pressure control in high-pressure liquid feeding systems. By adjusting the liquid output pressure through an external air pressure signal, it enables the high-pressure feeding system to maintain stable pressure and meet automation control requirements.
Installation location
It is usually installed at the end of a high-pressure liquid pump or on the main feed line to adjust and stabilize the liquid output pressure so that downstream equipment can operate under stable pressure conditions.
Function Description
The HFR-A280 employs a pneumatic diaphragm and piston-type pressure control structure, using compressed air as a control signal to adjust the liquid output pressure. When the control air pressure changes, the pressure regulator synchronously adjusts the liquid output pressure, enabling remote control or automated pressure adjustment. This design reduces pressure fluctuations caused by high-pressure pump pulsation and system load changes, ensuring stable operation of the liquid feeding system.
