Main Products and Applications
Rotary table bearings are widely used in precision rotary tables, vertical grinding machines, indexing heads, gear machining equipment, measuring instruments, radar rotation systems, and aerospace applications. The product range includes standard, high-speed, integrated angle measurement, and high-precision ball bearing structures to meet various demands for rigidity, accuracy, and operational characteristics.
YRT Standard Series
This series features a combined thrust-radial structure consisting of a thrust/radial shaft ring, a thrust washer, two needle roller cage assemblies, and a set of radial cylindrical rollers. It can simultaneously support bidirectional axial loads, radial loads, and tilting moments. Bearings are factory preloaded, eliminating the need for clearance adjustment. Mounting holes are evenly distributed for direct bolt installation. Ideal for low-speed, short-cycle applications requiring high rigidity and accuracy, such as rotary tables and indexing heads.
YRTS High-Speed Series
The YRTS series shares the same external dimensions as the YRT series but features an optimized internal structure. It offers higher limiting speeds, lower and more uniform friction torque, and smoother operation. Suitable for applications driven by direct drive motors that demand higher speed and lower friction.
YRTM Series with Integrated Angle Measurement
Based on the YRT structure, the YRTM series integrates a high-precision angular measurement system. It uses an inductive sensor and encoder ring to achieve angular positioning accuracy up to ±2 arcseconds. The system offers high resistance to external interference such as dust, oil, scratches, and magnetic fields, ensuring reliable operation. Ideal for high-precision rotary tables, indexing heads, military radars, aerospace systems, and measurement/testing equipment.
ZKLDF Axial Angular Contact Ball Bearing Series
The ZKLDF series features a double-row ball design with 60-degree contact angles, enabling it to support radial loads, bidirectional axial loads, and tilting moments. The bearing includes integrated mounting holes and sealing covers to prevent contamination and grease leakage. Re-lubrication is possible via oil holes on the outer ring. With high rigidity, low friction torque, and suitability for high-speed, continuous operation, this series is well-suited for applications requiring long-term precision and stability.
