This is the industry’s only AI-based vision recognition solution that has passed the UN R151 regulatory test and successfully entered mass production. It is a professional-grade vision-assisted blind spot information system specifically designed to address the dangers of inner-turning gaps on large vehicles. The system actively monitors the vehicle’s side blind spots in critical scenarios such as lane changes, stopping, starting, and turning. Even in complete darkness, it can alert the driver and detect the presence of vulnerable road users (VRUs), issuing graduated warnings based on the risk level through visual displays, lighting, and audio signals—significantly reducing the likelihood of side collisions. The system has completed full-vehicle compliance testing with major international regulatory bodies, including: 1. United Nations UN R151 Blind Spot Information System (BSIS) 2. Japan LEVO blind spot turn assistance system certification 3. Germany ABE regulations for blind spot assistance Additionally, through participation in Taiwan’s electric bus projects, the system played a key role in helping the VSCC (Vehicle Safety Certification Center) define localized regulations tailored to real-world road conditions in Taiwan.
