Description
The Driver Behavior Monitoring System is installed on the A-pillar inside the vehicle cabin. Using an AI-camera, it detects the driver’s facial features and gaze direction to provide alerts for fatigue or distracted driving. The system is designed to comply with GSR DDAW & ADDW regulatory requirements and is equipped with a specially designed IR LED module that meets IEC62471 eye safety standards. Additionally, the system can be customized to detect various behaviors based on customer requirements, such as eye closure, gaze deviation, phone usage, yawning, or smoking. It can also provide facial analysis data, which can be integrated with a backend management platform for fleet safety and attendance monitoring—enhancing operational efficiency and reducing accident risks.
This system is currently deployed as a standard feature in Taiwan's HINO TRUCKS and has been fully integrated with the original manufacturer fleet management system.
