Precision Ball Screw Spline: One Shaft, Multiple Motions — The Key to Flexible Movement
The precision ball screw spline integrates two motion mechanisms—ball screw and ball spline—into a single shaft by designing intersecting grooves along its surface. Special bearings are mounted directly on the outer surfaces of both the screw and spline nuts, resulting in a compact and highly efficient integrated structure.
By rotating or fixing the spline nut, the shaft is capable of performing three types of motion: rotational, linear, and helical movement simultaneously.
This space-saving solution greatly enhances design flexibility, making it ideal for applications such as robotic arms, automated platforms, and multi-axis modules.
