KM Series – Compact Precision with Built-In Rigidity
The KM series integrates a linear guideway and ballscrew into a compact, high-performance module. By combining the linear guide carriage and ballscrew nut into a single carriage-nut design, the KM series maximizes space efficiency while streamlining installation. The U-shaped rail, optimized through FEM analysis, provides excellent rigidity without unnecessary bulk. A dual-row Gothic-arch groove with a 45° contact angle ensures stable support in all directions, making it ideal for precision motion in compact systems.
