Robust and Reliable Design for Long-Term Performance
The spline shaft features a three-row ball arrangement evenly distributed along its outer diameter. Utilizing a Gothic arch groove design, the structure allows all three rows to simultaneously withstand both clockwise and counterclockwise torque, significantly enhancing rigidity and service life.
Each ball row circulates continuously through a specially designed engineering plastic return system housed within the spline nut. This ensures smooth and stable operation, while also preventing ball loss—even when the shaft is withdrawn from the nut.
This intelligent design supports high-load and high-frequency applications, making it an ideal solution for automation systems and precision motion equipment.
