Air knife

Compact size, easy to install, maintenance-free. Air knives can replace traditional blowers and air blasting. Balanced airflow with an air compression ratio of 40:1. Made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel. Saves compressed air, consuming approximately 60% less air than conventional borehole pipe air curtains. Low noise, only 69 decibels in most cases, about 10 times quieter than conventional borehole pipe air curtains. Offers various air curtain widths (100-1200mm), with adjustable airflow intensity (with pressure regulator). The standard outlet gap of the air knife is 0.05mm at the factory. The air knife gap is adjustable; increasing the shim thickness can also adjust the airflow volume. Custom sizes are available upon request: 0.05-0.3mm.
