Description
PVD stands for Physical Vapor Deposition. In Chinese, it’s called 物理氣相沉積, which refers to a process where, under vacuum conditions, the target material breaks down into molecules that are deposited onto a conductive object to form a smooth, even surface layer. PVD coatings are hard, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, chemically stable, and long-lasting. This means you can improve various physical and chemical properties of a workpiece’s surface without significantly changing its original dimensions, and no further processing is needed after coating.
