WST Surface Lubrication Treatment utilizes a new process that combines thermal spraying and beading technology. The sprayed material is impacted onto the substrate under high temperature and pressure, causing the microstructure within 20µm of the substrate surface to recrystallize and the grain boundaries to become more precise. Solid lubricants are added during the process, so that the metal surface microstructure contains solid lubricants, achieving the characteristics of metal hardness and lubrication.
