Diamond Nickle Coating

Diamond Nickel Coating (DNC) is a technology formally known as "DNC Diamond Friction Pads." DNC diamond friction pads are metal foil sheets inlaid with a layer of diamond particles coated with nickel. When combined with connecting parts, the polygonal shape of the diamonds embeds into the metal bonding surface, creating a micro-scale interlocking effect that effectively increases the surface friction coefficient and prevents wear.
