Featuring a design with **2 to 4 rows of opposing ball tracks** at a **40° contact angle**, combined with optimized preload adjustment, rotational backlash is effectively reduced to zero. Deflection under the same torque is only half of that without preload, **doubling the rigidity**. This ensures precise indexing even under frequent forward/reverse rotations and alternating loads.

### High Load Capacity & Compact, Lightweight Structure

Thanks to the large contact area of the **Gothic arch groove**, the ball spline can handle a rated load **over ten times greater** than traditional linear ball bushings of the same shaft diameter. This allows the overall mechanism design to be significantly downsized and compact, ensuring safety and high durability even under cantilever loads or high torque.

### Premium Alloy Steel & Extreme Wear Resistance

The shaft and spline nut are crafted from premium alloy steel (such as **SCM440/SUJ2**) and undergo a professional quenching heat treatment, achieving a raceway surface hardness of **HRC 58~62**. This guarantees ultimate wear resistance and a long operational lifespan.

### Easy Assembly with Retained Steel Balls

The spline nut utilizes a special internal recirculating retainer structure. Even if the nut is completely removed from the shaft during cantilever setups or maintenance, **the steel balls will not fall out**. This makes initial equipment assembly, internal inspections, and cleaning/maintenance exceptionally convenient and safe.
