Controller-integrated electric actuator

The CPGLTH series is Taiwan’s first controller-integrated, caged ball design, ultra-low-profile electric actuator. Its overall height is approximately 30% lower than conventional linear slides, making it ideal for compact equipment, flat-space mechanisms, and XYZ multi-axis stacking applications. While maintaining the high precision, rigidity, and load capacity of the GTH series, its lightweight structure reduces aluminum usage, product weight, energy consumption, and carbon emissions.
With a maximum stroke of 2500 mm and a patented screw support mechanism, the CPGLTH prevents long-stroke screw deflection and enables stable high-speed operation. The integrated motor and controller design saves control cabinet space, simplifies wiring, and reduces assembly time. Built-in I/O positioning, RS-485 communication, mini USB setup, and optional Bluetooth mobile app monitoring provide flexible, user-friendly, and smart control options for modern automation systems.
