Automobile VCU Controller Automatic Assembly Line

During the assembly of VCU for new energy passenger vehicles, the production line is required to install communication modules with high precision, ensuring high-speed and stable data transmission between the modules and BMS to monitor battery conditions in real time and optimize vehicle cruising range.
The whole line integrates industrial robots, visual positioning, material picking & assembly, automatic handling and other modules. With a modular flexible layout, it supports quick model changeover for various vehicle types and meets flexible production demands of automobile manufacturers.
