Description

The online robotic screw locking machine is a highly automated screw fastening device, widely deployed in mass production lines for the computer, electronics and other industries. It realizes synchronous operation with production lines via its vision system and control system. Equipped with a vision system, the equipment accurately locates screw holes on workpieces to complete fast and precise screw fastening, enabling fully automatic screw tightening processes.
This product can be configured with single or multiple electric screwdrivers (straight or Z-type) based on customers’ workpiece specifications to fasten screws on flat or inclined surfaces, fully meeting diverse production requirements.
