AGS-20C Robotic Grinding Workstation

Product Positioning:

The AGS-20C is an automated workstation developed by Jiren Technology for the grinding of aluminum alloy vacuum chambers. Pairing an ABB IRB2600 six-axis robot with an in-house-developed full-electric servo force-controlled floating tool and integrated RoboDK post-processing, it replaces manual grinding and polishing, easing the labor burden on production lines while stabilizing surface quality.

System Features:

1. ABB Robot Tool-Holding Grinding — IRB2600-20/1.65; the workpiece remains stationary while the robot performs active grinding.

2. Force-Controlled Constant-Pressure Grinding— In-house-developed full-electric servo force-controlled floating tool, with a maximum output of 50 N.

3. Quick-Change Grinding Tools — German-made Zimmer quick-change tooling.

4. High-Payload Traversing Worktable— 2,000 mm travel, 500 kg payload.

5. Offline Programming Integration — The in-house-developed post-processor rdk2ags converts RoboDK / Fusion360 paths directly into machine programs.

6. Wet Grinding with Fully Enclosed Dust Collection— Includes a water collection tray and drainage port; the fully enclosed dust collection compartment can be hung and detached for easy machine relocation.

7. Customized Human-Machine Interface — 12" touchscreen HMI, supporting recipe management and real-time remote monitoring.
