The AGS-7G is a robotic workstation developed by Jiren Technology for high-volume trimming and deburring of carbon fiber sheets. Pairing an ABB IRB1200 with a continuous feeding magazine and a dual-station exchange table, it transforms manual trimming into an automated unit capable of long-duration continuous operation.

System Features:
1.Compact ABB Robot — IRB1200-7kg, enabling light and agile pick-and-place of workpieces.
2.Continuous Feeding Magazine — Workpieces are prepared offline and fed continuously during machining, with no human intervention.
3.Dual-Station Exchange Table — Operators load/unload on the outer side while the robot machines on the inner side, without mutual interference.
4.Dry Machining — No cutting fluid, so workpieces require no cleaning.
5.In-Line Sheet-Adhesion Detection — Detects sheet-adhesion and thickness anomalies in real time before machining, so defective pieces are not processed.
6.Fully Enclosed Body — A dust collection system contains carbon fiber dust, keeping the work environment clean.
