KESD ESD Wireless Monitoring System

The KESD ESD Wireless Monitoring System is a digital static monitoring solution designed for electronics manufacturing, precision processing, cleanrooms, and ESD-sensitive production environments. It enables real-time monitoring of ESD, ESA, and environmental parameters, helping factories quickly locate abnormalities, reduce the risk of ESD/EOS product damage, and improve process yield and management efficiency.

The system can monitor equipment grounding, table mat grounding, wrist strap grounding, ionizing equipment operation status, process electrostatic parameters, as well as environmental data such as cleanliness, temperature, humidity, pressure difference, illumination, VOC, and AMC. Data can be transmitted wirelessly via LoRa, NB-IoT, or 5G, or through wired connections such as TCP/IP and RS-485. It also supports MySQL database storage and API data interfaces for integration with existing factory systems.

With a modular architecture, the system includes sensing devices, KESD gateways and mobile base stations, servers, network interfaces, and multi-screen monitoring platforms. It can be flexibly configured according to factory zones, production lines, and workstation requirements. Monitoring information can be displayed through computers, industrial tablets, central large screens, production line dashboards, workshop dashboards, and alarm devices, enabling full-factory visualization management.

When abnormalities are detected, the system can issue real-time alerts, locate abnormal points, display detailed fault information, and notify responsible personnel for immediate handling. The system also provides historical data statistics and abnormality classification, supporting ESD traceability, root cause analysis, and improvement planning. It helps reduce manual inspection and maintenance workload while enhancing quality management, audit readiness, and on-site safety.
