The KESD High-Frequency Ionizing Fan Series is equipped with an automatic ion balance system, achieving ion balance within ±10V. It provides stable ion airflow to effectively reduce static electricity on product surfaces, making it suitable for electronics manufacturing, precision assembly, packaging, inspection, and other static-sensitive environments.
The series features an automatic discharge needle cleaning function. During the cleaning process, the fan can operate in reverse rotation to better protect internal cleanliness, reduce dust accumulation, and lower the frequency of daily manual maintenance. Users can set and display the discharge needle cleaning interval through the LED digital display according to the workshop environment, with adjustable timing from 0 to 999 hours.
The product also includes a full-machine lock function to prevent accidental operation or unauthorized parameter changes, ensuring stable equipment performance. In addition, the built-in abnormal alarm system provides real-time status alerts, helping operators quickly identify and respond to equipment abnormalities while improving safety and reliability in production environments.
