Dimensional Measuring Instrument
A green LED emits a single collimated (parallel) light beam to illuminate the target. The projected image is captured by a CMOS sensor on the receiving end, and the resulting imaging data is used for precise dimensional measurements.
High-Precision Contact Displacement Sensor
1-to-7 Connectivity: One main unit can be connected to up to seven sub-units simultaneously for multi-point displacement measurements.
Dedicated Mounting Bracket: Comes with a specially designed clamping sleeve—no additional fixtures are required. Simply drill a 10mm hole for installation.
User-Friendly Operation: Designed with a large knob for simple and intuitive adjustments.
Automatic Calculation: Thickness and flatness are automatically calculated by the probe itself—no need for an external PLC to record or process data.
