Measurement Principle:
A green LED emits a single, collimated beam of light that illuminates the target object. Measurement values such as outer diameter and spacing are determined by detecting edge transitions between illuminated and shadowed regions on the CCD sensor.
Auto-Correction Function:
Through the integration of a linear CMOS sensor and an area-array CCD, the system compensates for product tilt by automatically calculating the true diameter, ensuring accurate measurements regardless of alignment.
