Florex’s innovative polyethylene foam pipe support features a 100% closed-cell structure that effectively dampens vibration and provides superior insulation. Unlike traditional wood or polyurethane supports, it tightly conforms to pipe surfaces without leaving gaps, eliminating common causes of condensation, corrosion, and energy loss.

Pipelines operating at temperatures significantly above or below room temperature—such as chilled water (0°C\~10°C), brine (<0°C), liquid nitrogen (≤ -100°C), or hot spring pipelines—require reliable insulation. Florex offers both structural strength and flexibility, solving the mismatch and fitting issues found in rigid materials.

Formed from cross-linked polyethylene and advanced foaming agents, Florex supports offer excellent shock absorption while maintaining the compressive strength of wood or PU. Our specially designed flexible cushions further enhance fit and insulation integrity, preventing thermal bridging and water accumulation.
