Description
CG series sensor is designed for protecting the machine from the crash that caused by the machine spindle or turret / toolholder collides with the workpiece. When the unpredictable event happens , the protection system will connect with the CNC panel immediately and force the machine shut down to prevent from the downtime losses. This system can also utilize for the moving system detection such as machine arms.
The housing of this sensor is designed as the cylinder type, which provide the flexibility of the measuring object. Also, the sensor can be fit to the measuring surface closer and tighter in order to detect the machine vibration more accurate.
