Tumbler Type Automatic Blasting Machines

1. Extremely suitable for automatic blasting small parts that are not afraid of colliding with each other. At operation all the operator needs to do is just place a designated number of workpieces in the tumbler. Activate automatic blasting for automatic control. A standard type is provided with functions of time blasting, automatic stop, etc. The machine is accessible from outside for material. Easy feeding and retrieval for reducing the dust pollution.
2. Types of placing and retrieving workpieces: two types are available: front-door and side-door placing and retrieving workpieces.
3. Two specifications are available for the width of a standard drum: 440mm (front door model) and 480mm (side door model). Drums with other sizes and specifications are optional.
4. [Optional] An additional device for air blowing after sand blasting is optional, for cleaning workpieces and reclaiming more blast media.
5. [Optional] For fragile workpieces, rubber-coated drums are available.
6. [Optional] The swing device for the blasting guns is optional for enlargement of blasting pattern and increasing the efficiency.
7. [Optional] When the rotating speed of the drum needs adjustment, an inverter is optional.

Application:
Manual or automatic blasting of workpieces with large quantity but small size, such as bakelite products, screws, acrylic, plastic products, sockets, etc.
