Sand Blasting Cabinets

General:
1. Automatic abrasive recycle; With foot pedal switch to control the start and stop operation; Equipped with Shang Po's
tungsten carbide blasting nozzles; Working pressures at 2-7kgs.
2. Abrasive capacity: 25KG and above.
3. The coarsest abrasive can be used by the machine: aluminum oxide 24#, steel shots 0.4mm below.
4. The finest abrasive can be used is 320#. Note: the finer the abrasive, the higher the consumption rate.
5. Blast controlling system: with 1/2” pressure regulator, water filter and solenoid valve can carry out a perfect control.
Can meet the requirements of effective water/air filtering, pressure adjustment and stable injection.
6. Filtering of blast media: with large screen for filtering the debris. Not only makes sure the quality of blast media but
thereby reduces the rate of blocking the blasting device, achieving a smooth blasting process.
7. How to place and retrieve a workpiece: TM-S5 has two models available for the user to choose: front door model
TM-S5F and side door model TM-S5S.
8. An effective hand holes air exchange design, able to proceed air-exchange effectively during blasting. Not only
makes the indoor visibility clearer but also eliminate dust pollution.
9. Dust collector: With 1/4 HP blower for dust collection. Both inlet and outlet adopt a large diameter design to make
sure airflow can meet the requirements for the operation of the dust collector.
10. Filtering cloth of dust collector: 95mm diameter. The filtering cloth is made of twill.
11. The large dustbin reduces the frequency of dust discharging operation.
12. Matching places of the machine are cut by computerized laser cutting machine. All the sizes are considerably
accurate and standardized. As a result, it is a great convenience for parts exchange and additional accessories in the
future.
13. The post-processing procedure for this machine is completed through temperatures as high as 150℃ for powder-
coating treatment to meet the basic requirements for finish process and durability.
14. Equipped with an air-cleaning gun, not only for cleaning the workpiece but also preventing the loss of blast media
from being brought out of the cabinet.
15. Except TM-S3S, all cabinets are equipped with a dust and waterproof fluorescent lamp set, for the prevention of
blast media from breaking the bulb and endangering the safety of the operator.
