Utilizing AOTRON exclusive precision technology-U-Shape Precision Bending technology, Bending is a common forming technique in die processing, but the smaller the bending gap, the more difficult it becomes to achieve precision. At AOTRON, we have refined our bending capabilities to a high level of precision.
For example, using 0.2 mm thick metal sheets, we can perform U-shaped bending with a final bend height of 0.8 mm excluding material thickness. The dimensional stability of the bend can reach positive and negative 0.05 mm.
This advanced bending technique is especially suitable for slide rail structures in sliding phone modules and light bar embedding zones in compact display panels.
