This cutting method involves shearing, which inevitably produces burrs on the cut edges. The thicker the material, the more pronounced the burrs become; conversely, thinner materials are more difficult to deburr effectively.
With years of accumulated experience and continuous technical refinement, we have successfully developed a precision deburring process capable of removing burrs uniformly from stamped metal parts as thin as 0.15 mm. Our method ensures balanced burr removal without shifting or favoring one side, delivering clean and consistent edges even on ultra-thin components.
