DV810 Quick Release-Stepping Digital Screw Dispensing Pump
The DV810 step digital screw dispensing pump adopts a quick-release design. The inner screw shaft and shaft sleeve are easy to disassemble and assemble, which greatly reduces the idle time for cleaning materials. The shaft and sleeve are made of wear-resistant materials to prolong the service life, and a reverse suction machine can reduce glue drawing. It is a precision dispensing pump suitable for medium-high viscosity glue and abrasive particle materials.

2. Applicable dispensing materials: SMA red glue, solder paste with particles or abrasive materials, silver glue, EPOXY and TWO PARTS EPOXY, UV glue, etc.

4. Optional 8P or 16P, CARDIDE, hardened stainless steel screw or bushing
5. It can effectively reduce the problem of glue breaking caused by air bubbles
6. When using high-viscosity adhesive materials, there is a larger amount of glue than air pressure dispensing
7. When the viscosity of the adhesive material changes, the amount of glue output is less likely to be affected
