The AiRPA can automate production processes and collect data displayed on the screens of manufacturing equipment. Automatic scripts can be set up to input settings, switch between windows, or confirm options. It can also monitor equipment status and parameters such as temperature and take different actions if an error occurs or a value goes out of range, such as sending alerts or stopping the machine. The AiRPA can communicate with MES systems to upload the collected data for analysis. It can also receive recipe information directly from the management systems to input into the equipment, avoiding losses caused by human error during recipe selection. The ASI-RPA uses an external setup that does not affect the equipment's performance and is compatible with a wide range of operating systems.
