Features
◆One machine with multiple functions: gas shielded welding, deep arc welding (D-Arc), base welding, manual welding.
◆Fully digital high-precision control, precise control of droplet transition, ultra-low spatter welding, stable arc.
◆When switching to the "deep penetration welding" welding mode, the arc penetration is stronger, achieving large penetration welding, medium and thick plates without opening grooves, full penetration at one time, fast welding speed and high efficiency.
◆With base welding function, when switching to the "base welding" welding mode, the heat input is small, suitable for thin plate welding, root welding base, single-sided welding and double-sided forming, and replaces TIG base welding when the process allows, with faster speed and higher efficiency.
◆The welding control mode is divided into arc without, arc with, initial with, and spot welding. Selecting the "initial with" mode can solve the welding defects at the beginning and end of welding.
◆It has arc length (arc length adjustment in one-yuan mode), penetration control, and arc characteristic adjustment functions.
◆Can store welding specifications, convenient for storage and call, can preset welding current, voltage, time, welding materials, wire
diameter and other parameters.
◆Can choose analog communication interface, connect robot or automatic machine to realize automatic welding.
◆Suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other materials.
