By using a quick-change tooling device, the functionality of the robotic arm can be diversified.
The full range of products has 15 models, which can support 3-500KG of weight, reduce tool changing time and enhance safety, and improve production line efficiency. It adopts a steel ball locking mechanism and can be combined with electronic signal connectors to become a standardized product.
It also features a mechanical fault insurance mechanism that ensures the main plate and the tool plate remain attached even when the air pressure is disconnected.
It is mainly suitable for assembly operations, loading and unloading of machining, palletizing and handling, deburring, polishing and grinding, welding, welding replacement, and special machines.
