DV910 High pressure and large flow suction shaft dispensing valve

DV910 uses a balanced shaft design, the material inlet pressure does not affect the valve action time, and has a suck back function to reduce the glue sag. It is suitable for large flow dispensing valves for medium and high viscosity glue.

Features:

◎The inlet and outlet diameter is 1/4" PS teeth with large flow design, suitable for filling and RTV dispensing operations.
◎The balanced shaft design has no lateral thrust, which will not affect the switching time of the valve due to the change of the material inlet pressure, and cause the dispensing error.
◎It has a suck-back function, which automatically sucks back when the glue valve is closed, and sucks the residual glue from the outlet of the dispensing needle back into the needle to reduce dripping.
◎High pressure resistant design can be connected with cassette hose or high pressure booster pump to reduce the number of syringe replacements.
