White light spectral confocal

The industry's first visual confocal displacement sensor can be connected to the native CCL (Confocal Camera Lens) of an industrial camera when measuring spectral confocal displacement. It allows for real-time observation and measurement of the light spot position. Its unique color laser light source emits a high-density, broad-spectrum light beam, which, after passing through a dispersive lens, forms monochromatic light of different wavelengths within the measurement range. Each wavelength corresponds to a distance value. The measured light is reflected from the object's surface; only light meeting the confocal condition can pass through the pinhole and be sensed by the spectrometer. By calculating the wavelength of the focused light, the distance value is obtained.
