The Basler racer 2 TDI r2T16416-500cm is engineered for demanding inspection applications requiring exceptional sensitivity, speed, and resolution. Combining advanced Time Delay Integration (TDI) technology with a 16K resolution and up to 500 kHz line rate, it delivers outstanding image quality even in high-speed and low-contrast inspection environments.

Equipped with the GPixel GLT5016BSI sensor and 256 TDI stages, the camera utilizes a CoaXPress-over-Fiber (CoF) interface with bandwidth up to 100 Gbps for high-speed data transmission and system scalability. When combined with the Basler imaFlex 2 Dual 100 frame grabber and VisualApplets FPGA platform, it enables real-time image pre-processing and ultra-fast AOI performance.
