Functional Features:
1. Innovative development of precision oil temperature control system warms up the low-temperature oil to a proper setting value before activating the production machine and starts to cool down when the temperature rise exceeds the upper limit, thereby ensuring uniform pressure for producing every nut, eliminating fluctuation of oil temperature caused by environment factors as well as pressure loss that results in defective products.
2. Humanized management over power supply and compressed air: machine immediately enters lower power mode and lights up anomaly indicator in the event of a malfunction or prolonged standby, eliminating unnecessary power waste.
3. Machine is equipped with sophisticated direction-selective nut feed system that significantly elevates productivity and minimizes manpower dependence.
4. Installing additional materials hopper enables continuous production for prolonged operations.
5. Safety Cover of the punching area is provided with electronic safety switch; during the operations the machine will stop running if its Safety Cover is opened. Machine cannot be activated if Safety Cover is not closed.
