Precision Thin-Gauge Stamping: We offer processing capabilities for silicon steel sheets with thicknesses ranging from 0.1 mm to 0.65 mm. This ultra-thin design effectively minimizes core loss (iron loss), which is critical for achieving high-efficiency operation.

Diverse Lamination Joining Processes: To meet various mechanical strength and electromagnetic requirements, we support multiple joining technologies, including interlocking (riveting), bonding (gluing), argon welding, and laser welding. These processes ensure the lamination structure remains stable during high-speed rotation.

Wide Range of Specifications: Our processing capabilities cover an outer diameter range from Φ60 mm to Φ400 mm, providing the flexibility to accommodate powertrain designs of various scales and applications.

Advanced Equipment & Stable Capacity: Our facility is equipped with 11 stamping units, including 4 Yamada Dobby high-speed precision stamping machines. These advanced automated production lines ensure consistent product precision and fulfill high-volume mass production demands.
